Global Warming: The Negative Effects on the Worlds Oceans

I've always had a fascination with aquatic life so this topic is not too far from previous knowledge learned through extensive hours of research on coral diversity, fish, macro algae, and organisms of the ocean. I am very eager to learn more about global warming and what it is doing to sensitive ocean life. As an reef aquarist it concerns me greatly. I understand how sensitive ocean life is. Coral reefs play a vital role in the environment and intake carbon dioxide. Global warming is such a broad topic. I narrowed it down by looking at my own interests. Behind any type of research there is always a great reason rather it is personal or simply curiosity.
